History1994-1997
 
Studied at Sunderland University on a full time BA Hons. course in Art and Design, specializing in Architectural Glass. He left Sunderland with a first class honors degree. Alan has continued as a self-employed artist in Architectural Glass since graduation and returned to Sunderland University in 1998 for 6 months as a visiting lecturer in Architectural Glass.
